Nice Enclosure

Good enclosure! Everything works really nice except a few issues putting it together, but still, overall very good. Issues I had were:
1) Some pieces did not fit in together well. I was able to make it work with another person helping me squeeze parts together, but it was absolutely not a one person job. That's okay though, sometimes things don't always fit perfect, and it was fine in the end.
2) The directions I was sent were outdated??? This model has been updated regarding the doors and lock. It seems a lot better than the previous model that I was described. However, I was only able to figure out this happened after I contacted customer support and they informed me. I legitimately thought I was missing parts that were described in the directions I did not have. Support was very kind and informative. I just don't know why the directions aren't up to date.
3) The gaskets. I cannot for the life of me figure out what the directions mean talking about them. I had to look up the video tutorial to see how to do it, and in that they did not even follow their own directions. Also some gaskets are "preassembled" but they were completely half-assed. They were cut short and falling out. If you're going to mess it up, just let me do it myself! I had trouble getting the gaskets to stay in, and eventually abandoned them and just got silicone to go over all the edges instead.

Overall though good enclosure 4/5 stars.

Amazing Custom Enclosure

It took me a while to get it together with all the events of 2020 going on, but I finally finished it up! I had difficulties along the way due to being disabled, but the Custom Reptile Habitats team answered questions and gave tips to help me get it together. Excellent work done to fulfil my custom request to get a version I can use a UTH with! My only regret is not getting to review it sooner! You can't go wrong with this enclosure, and it looks amazing with the Snake Discovery decor kit
